Okay, before you shoot me, I don't know how to take a screen shot on my Toshiba laptop, so no screen shot (mac guy here). But, I believe I can explain it, and it ought to be easily reproduceable.
At the end of a turn, I recalled I hadn't seen a stack of about 4-5 cavalry units moving to a location I had ordered. When I located them, they were stacked w/ a couple other fortifed units I had near a border. Each of the cavalry units I had under command for movement were listed as activated, but they had not moved during the turn, each had 3 movement points showing.
As I clicked on each one, it would activate and then the turn would continue. Also, there was not an "activate all" or fortify all" option available during this anomally.
I'll search for directions on how to take a PC screen shot and get a pic uploaded.
