Adding Bulgarian Civilization

I think CIV should add Bulgarians as another civilization in the Civilization series.

Bulgaria is currently over 1300 years old and one of the few if not the only country that kept it's name since it's creation to today's date.
Bulgarian Empire under Simeon the Great created and spread the Cyrillic Alphabet among the Slavic Nations. There are many historical events that it's worth to be remembered.

Bulgaria has proved it's resolve to stand the test of time and made many marks in history!

Bulgaria has basically been conquered over and over again... The Byzantines crushed them, the Ottomans pwned them and the Russians mastered them.

Bulgaria was basically a vassal state for 975-1001 years.. and an actual independent state for only 26 years (The "first empire" was basically a Byzantine client kingdom).

I would not be opposed to Bulgaria being a civ, but, I don't think it would be a top choice.
