I searched the modding forums and got no results...
I would like to create a new mission under counter-spying. It would be "Bolster Loyalty" such that a counter-spy could increase a city's loyalty by a certain number (2, 2, 4, 8 etcc) per turn depending upon its level.
I could not find any results for adding such missions in my search...
Has anyone added a spy mission?
Is it possible?
I suspect that it might be possible to make it doable by the player because there are cards/buildings/etc. that modify loyalty... however, I would be concerned that the AI might not use such missions in which case, I would not like to add such a mission.
So, is it possible and will the AI do it?
