additional info in event log- help

hello everyone!
I have two small question about additional infomation in Event log like information of possibly trade with AI or about growning city

I played BTS patch 3.17 3.13.1 (104717)
Which patch I should use to get it.
Second my question is about liberalism which i couldn't bulb with great scientifist,
I saw in some other games that people could do it.

You're in the wrong forum- this isn't close to being a strategy article. Civ4 General Chat would be best for asking simple questions.

Patch 3.19 is the most recent, but I'm not sure what your question is. To see the tech trade screen, hit F4 and click the "Techs" button at the bottom. The tech that great people can lightbulb depends on which techs you have researched already. There's a thread somewhere that tells you the conditions for lightbulbing each tech, I think it's in a War Academy article. (War Academy is here: http://www.civfanatics.com/civ4/strategy )

First: information of possibly trade with AI or about growning city are avaible in BUG 4.4 Mod

Second: Lastest BTS patch is 3.19, not 3.17!

I suggest you to download 3.19, Bug 4.4 and Better Bts Ai that include Unofficial Patch 1.60 for 3.19
