Quick suggestion about the placement bonus to the Theater Square. I think that +2 is fine for the Entertainment Complex and Water Park because those are normal districts. I think it should be +3 when placed next to a world wonder, because they are only built once per game. I think it might interesting to consider whether wonders, in general, should give bonuses to different districts depending on what kind of wonder they are. The Terracotta Army, for example, could give +3 production to adjacent encampments.

There was a discussion on Reddit recently and it dawned on me that a Theatre Square surrounded by Entertainment Complexes has a higher adjacency bonus than one with Wonders (since you get an extra +3 because of the bonus from every 2 adjacent districts).

Completely agreed. +2 is really lame considering wonders are limited and on higher difficulties or multiplayer you’ll only be building a handful anyway.

Entertainment Complex adjacency makes sense to me. It is so common in big cities to see analogous neighborhoods that are adjacent or mixed together that Civ VI might as well have collapsed the two into a single district. Wonder adjacency seems kind of clunky. I am curious how many of the game's wonders had something like a Theater Square nearby in their heyday.

These aspects would be interesting to toy with for Civ VII. I could see a Theater Square that focuses on entertainment as well as another cultural district that could only be built perhaps in the Early Modern to represent increased access to art collections, the advent of excavations, and the professionalization of fields like archaeology, conservation, and others associated with museums.

I initially balked at this, but it checks out  Would be great if there were a strategic advantage to maximizing Theater Square adjacency.
