Advisor information dialoque

Hello All,

Playing vanilla Civ5 the Advisor pop up's, i find are the best way to learn the game mechanics. They offer excellent links to related topics detailing mechanics. Since they are a feature of the resetable advisor messages, they appear only once (unless i reset and then I have no control of them) Is there any way to access them manually?

Could you set the advisor level in the options menu to 'New to Civ"?

When there is an option to check 'don't show this again' do not.
