Affinity Level Cost

The affinity level costs are a little strange than expected. They are defined manually in a file called CivBEAffinities.xml. Until level 3, affinity costs are not affected by the other affinities.

From level 3 onwards, the affinity with the most XP is considered your dominant affinity. In case of a tie, whichever affinity was chosen first is dominant. XP levels in dominant and non-dominant affinities increase differently

Of course, the assumption here is that you do not switch dominant affinities back and forth, which is a bad idea as you pay more in total.

In addition to the increased affinity cost, techs associated with a non-dominant affinity actually decrease in cost from level 9 onward. Level 9-11: 2%, Level 12-14: 4%, Level 15-18: 8%

So when I am Supremacy L10, all technologies that give Purity or Harmony XP cost 2% less? Neat.

Do you also have a table showing the amount of XP gained per tech/quest, so that we can come up with optimal paths to L13 (or L4)?
