AI aggression level

i have a question about aggression level.

it is possible to change this in game ?!? maybe with a savegame editor
oder trainer ?

In C3C, you can set it in the set-up screen. In vanilla/PTW, you have to go into the editor and turn the individual aggression levels of each civ down.

i have a running game - and i will not start again

so is it possible to change this in a running game ?
