Is there a way to see how a particular AI civ feels about another? If so where can I find it in-game?

Is info addict out for BNW or is there an alternative? I can't seem to find it in the steam workshop.

Global Politics will tell you who has denounced who, who has DOFed who, and who is at war with who.
