AI Goes Twice in a Row After Loading?

Happens to my group too. We don't have a fix.

Having this bug too, happens everytime we load.
Hard to believe a big budget game like Civ V would still have such a serious bug 5 years after release.

Have a solution (that worked for me anyway). SAVE TWICE ON THE SAME SAVE.

I was googling the same problem, find this thread but no answer, googled a bit more and in one post that no one seemed to care about someone said "worked for me if I save and then save over the same file again. Tried it and after all these years It is solved.

So just to be sure all understand, cant say it works for all but every time for me and computer allways played 2 turns after loading.

again; SAVE YOUR GAME, THEN SAVE IT ON THE SAME SAVE AGAIN.

Yes It works here too, have been using the save twice trick for my last 2 games.
