Has anyone done reviews of the various AI mods available? I found four and downloaded them but I was wondering if anyone had already done any comparisons as to which was 'better'. I happened to find: Artificial Unintelligence, Communitas AI and Tools, Artificial Intelligence Human Strategy, and [BNW] Smart AI.

Do any of them modify the actual 'rules' or UI of the game or are they all 'pure' Civ V?

What affect does difficulty level have on them? Does say Emperor become much more difficult? I have just moved up to Immortal, and I was going to try that for a while, but maybe one of these would make Emperor a bit more of a challenge.

Does playing with these mods forego me getting any more achievements?

Communitas hasn't been in development for a while and has plenty of bugs ( I think)so that rules that out.

You missed a few, called Superwarmongering AI and Aggressive and expansive AI. the latter is very highly regarded and is being used now in the battle royale.

I use myself Artifical Unintelligence in combination with Aggresive and expansive AI. Each recommend setting your difficulty 1 step lower.

Superwarmongering AI is basically a watered down of Aggressive and expansive AI.

I've never tried this Smart AI. could you provide a link?

Using any mod that requires enabling in the MODS menu means no more achievements. 99+% of mods adhere to this rule.

An Exception (I think)
Enhanced Uer Interface is not a 'mod' in the proper sense and therefore I think still allows achievements. And all EUI does is re-arrange the information you have available to you as a player in a generally more easy-to-use set-up of the game interface.

So far as I know no one has written a comparison review of the various AI enhancement mods.
