AI units causing the game to hang

I want to know why the Incan units causing the game to hang?
When I enter the world builder and remove those units the game continues.
Maybe someone else can try to load the save (1937 AD) and press enter.

I had a similar problem (reported in the thread that dealt with infinite AI loops). Can you check whether you ran into the same problem? If you did, please contact Solver. He couldn't use my save to make sure whether the problem was solved in 3.13 because I had used a modded DLL. So if you have a save from before the Incan units ended up there, from an unmodded game, that would save me the work of tryingf to reproduce the error in the worldbuilder so that Solver can make a test. :)

Again I think this a different infinite loop bug.

Some extra info about the (fninshed) game.
This is a clean BTS installation, no mods or patches.
I've played these map + settings ~10 times before and there were no problems (only the draft bug for colonies).
I've created many colonies and some AIs (De Gaulle) have created colonies too.
This game hasn't any colonies so far.
Korea was a vassal of the Incas, but broke free in 1935 or 1936 AD.
In World Builder I've noticed 2 things, first the loose Korean unit at the Japanese/German continent.
Second, the Incan tank is represented by a marine icon.
Also, when I only left an Incan cannon and remove the other units at Ulsan, the game also continues.
