many of us have AIM ... it has been used (and will be standard operational proceedure) during Diplomacy Chats to have an AIM happening as well ... this advises our ambassadors with tactics and data ... and increases rate of updates.

Also lately citizens have chatted about tactics and stuff ...

So get your AIM happening ...

after i installed i just followed the wizard to set up an AIM account

EDIT: just did a test which i'm sure fe3333au would agree worked quite well
