This is a map I have created of Alagaesia. For this of you who dont know, Alagaesia is a fictional land from the Inheritance series of book. I have used the map at the front of the books to make this.
Thats the minimap from the editor. I still need to test it, so expect it to be up in a few days.
I may make another version which has cities in the correct places, and the correct civs, but first I will need to find out how to do make it good.
If anyone has any advice on how to place luxuries and resources so that they are abundant, yet not to close, I would be happy to hear it, as I always end up with either none of a resource/luxury, or loads in one spot.
Like I said, I will probably post it in a few days when I have had a chance to test it properly.

(could be done partly with resources). The desert might be a fun feature to leave as is, just having the one vast tract of endless waste could be strategically challenging. After the critiquing though it looks like it could be a pretty tight map when you get done with it.
