I really do like this scenario, but I hope that the developers will fix a bug or two when they get the chance.
The issue that Alexander doesn't advance beyond 'Alexander the Brave, the second level, has been documented before. This is probably the most serious bug here.
I also find that the Great Library can't be built and isn't in the game. The civilopedia defines the great wonders; it is the only listed wonder not starting the game in a city. The civilopedia lists 'library' as a pre-requisite. IN RL, the GL was built after this scenario, at Alexandria, so maybe it is just a civilopedia error and the game may be acting properly.
Furthermore, near Persopolis are two spices. If you hover over them, it says that they add a happiness. There is no 'plantation' in the game. It looks like the luxury isn't useable to give a happiness. Again, this may be intentional but it should be clarified.
