[TOT] The city of Eidolon in the sci-fi scenario exists (no spoilers about where)

In the Test of Time sci-fi scenario, if you look at the terrain descriptions you can find a terrain type called "eidolon" and read about a cult who believe that the ancient city of the people who built the constructions you've encountered has been hidden somewhere in stasis with all its technology intact.

I found it, and wanted to brag about that. If anyone wonders where it is, I can give you a clue. I think this was a neat secret in the game. Anyone interested?
