I have found that if you save the game after making all your moves, then reload the save file you get another set of moves even though the turn is over. What is worse the loop is repeatable. Your units continue to get their moves again every time you do this. It works in all modes of play that I have tested, single player, multiplayer, hot seat, and pbem.
This is undetectable by the other players except by your points rising faster than possible.
