Alright, so I'm making a scenario for Civ 3(Warhammer related)

I have

3 Orc Horde's
6 Kingdoms of Men
1 Hobbit Village
2 Elf Outpost's
2 Dwarf Stronghold's
4 Skaven Clans
1 Undead Legion(AI only, their Guardians of stuff, so yeah)

Now, my biggest thing here is religion, who the Dwarves worship I'm unsure, same with Hobbits, but the Horned Rat for Skaven, what should the Horned rat give it's follower's? I'm generally allowing freedom of worship here(men can worship Sigmar, or the other Human Gods, or Chaos)

Orcs can Worship Gork and Mork or Chaos, Skaven can worship Horned Rat or Chaos, Hobbits, can worship Sigmar or Elf Gods, Elves can worship Slaanesh or Elf Gods(I don't know the names but I'll find them out later)

But like what would you get for worshiping the Horned Rat?

If you'd like to help with other religions, please do.

If you'd like information on how my scenario will be played(it is NOT normal Civ 3, Civ 3 is just for combat) steam me, yarrick20 or skype me generalsturnn

I'm being serious here... I already asked at Warhammer Forums' first..

Well, for me, you'd have to explain how you're going to make the mechanics of a religion work in Civ3. How is one a follower? How is one rewarded? Why would I benefit from this, as opposed to not being religious?

You see that's why I need help

What would Sigmar bestow upon his follower's?
The Chaos Gods?
The Horned Rat?
Gork and Mork?

the bonus's they'd receive would be like additional speed, or attack power, or defense power, or berzerker(blitz) I know khorne would gift 3 Attack power and Berzerk for instance.

and how you're a follower? you simply post it in the forums, however, if you leave your religion you have a chance at being cursed, or your God(s) might just say:"Forget you, we wont' bother curing you, at least not now"

is goes like this:

Nation name: Da Blaktoof Bullies
Government type: Tribalism
Leader Name: Warboss Blaktoof
Race: Orc
Population: 300,000
Military strength: 0
Currency available: 5,000,000
Religion: Da Orc Gods(Gork and Mork)

Cities
Graymalkin (Capital City)

Ah, so this is more of a "Never Ending Story" kind of RPG? More of a DM managed forum game?

Yes, we use Civ 3 for combat and there's an external world map where the armies move, the game can end, but it will end in conquest.

World Map

Race's have their own bonus's for instance, the average population rate is 10%, men get 5% extra and Skaven get 10% extra, Skaven Warriors cannot hope to match a man one on one though, but what they lack in strength they more than make up in number's.

Orcs reproduce through battle, I'll work it out though.

Hmm. It looks like you need 19 players, which is quite a lot for a any game. It's tough to keep people connected and playing consistantly. You might want to reduce the number of player.

As far as suggestions about how the nations/religions are run, you might want to find the players first. Then have discussions in one central location about what the individual players want. Then again, it may be tough to get Civfanatics over to Warhammer.

I'm making my own forum, and actually, the Undead are AI controlled and if no one control the other factions they too go AI controlled.

the world map is done through paint battle is done through Civ 3.

and TTWW failed because of customization(everyone whom I got, all 5 of them were lazy) to make their own armies, even though it only took 20-30 minutes.

and I'm using civ 3 for the combat.

Sounds like you have it set up well enough. Making a game like this work and be successful is a tough road to hoe. Even if you get 4 or 5 good players, you're asking them to not just think about civ3, but be creative and original at the same time, in a timely manner. I wish you well.

Well, if I could get help on the religions, it;'s be nice, lol..

and I've made games like this that have succeeded before.
