I don't know if this has been brought up before, but I think I have an idea for America's special ability for RoN expansion (if they decided to include America)

America should have the power of debt. It would be able to go into debt as long as their production rate is at a certain percentage of the debt

IceEye: The game goes from ancient to modern age and includes some of the largest nations in different ages.. Since america is the sole superpower of the modern age it can and should be included.

america's official traits are posted on the RoN website. copied directly, they are:

The Americans have the Power of Innovation.
• First Wonder is built instantly, provided no other nation is building it also (excluding Space Program or Supercollider)
• Governments at the Senate are free
• Aircraft and Carriers are cheaper
• Starting in the Modern Age, two free bombers are created at each Airbase
• A free Scholar is created at each new University.
• Also have the additional power of receiving +3 Food, Timber, Metal, and Wealth for every non-Scout Barracks unit

American unique units are: Continental Marines, Marine Riflemen, Marine Infantry, and Assault Marines.

they sound like a real powerhouse to me. i can't wait...i'm drooling for this expansion.

the abrams is actually the model for the Main Battle Tank already. i'm assuming that's why it wasn't used. plus, marines are just pretty cool anyway

I downloaded a player mod for adding the americans, It is okay. It has the American the power of wealth. mines produce wealth as well as metal. enemy pay half the cost of units when one of yours is killed. and a few other things that deal with wealth. They don't have that much of a advantage over any other group in that mod. I got it on http://ron.heavengames.com there are a few good mods there.

Well, they do have an America in the expansion (was that created before or after this thread?)
Your just bashing. I doubt they'll just add something that negative to a Civ that's that powerful
