Hi everybody, it's been a while since the last time I was on scenario creation forums. I came before with some new scenario ideas about WW2 but then I feel like the subject has already been exploit. Then I realize how hard it was too for a beginner to create a WW2 scenario. I want to start making an ancient scenario but I don't want to do the typicals Greek or Roman Empire because there is already lot of scenarios about these subjects. Then I got an idea, I want to make a bronze age scenario that look like an empire building scenario ( like playing the real civilization 2 ). I want to make the players start exploring, founding cities, discovering technologies, meat other nations and CONQUER!. But I felt that there was something more to do. Then I got a flash, why not introducing the GODS aspect? I felt that it would be nice to have some devastating weapons such as Zeus's Lightning Storm, Poseidon's Rage, Seth Legions or somethings like that. I need more research to do about ancients people mythology but I think this would make a great scenario. I would make it on a East Meditorrean sea like in the Alexander scenario. I don't know which tribe is going to be in my scenario but it's you better be sure that it will involve the greeks and the egyptians. I'm little confuse about wich tribes is going to be with them ( Phoenicians, Minoans, Hebrews, Babylonians, Hittites, Assyrians, Sumerians or Persians ) depending on the ressources about these people's culture and gods. Please let me know your opinons about how you feel with this scenario idea and which tribes should be involve or which things I should make to make the scenario even better.
