This lists 4 older mods that you have apparently deleted. So how do I find out what, say, Nirvana actually does?
Honestly, information is a bit sparse at this point, and I do apologize for that. The most up to date info you could find would be at NexusMods (I like their uploader more than the one here), but even there, there isn't much good info on Nirvana.
I do mean to get around to it. But consider that it takes X amount of time to actually mod, and X is a lot. And then it takes Y amount of time to add descriptions to every thing in the game itself and make sure Civilopedia matches new abilities, descriptions, icons, etc. And that takes a lot of time too. And then after X+Y, it's time to upload to three different sites (Z1, Z2, and Z3) and make sure each upload went smoothly (sometimes **** gets corrupted between my computer and the server).
That's for each of my five currently active mods.
And after all that, if I feel like working still, I can make sure each site has up to date descriptions. It's last on my list and I only have so much time. My highest priority at this stage is still implementing new features and making sure they're explained in game. Please don't have the same expectations of an independent artist that you would of a video game company
As for your actual question, Nirvana just increases the values on a bunch of religious beliefs. Go ahead and found a religion in a game with it enabled, and read all the beliefs on the screen for yourself. All of the descriptions there are up to date and reflect what the new beliefs actually do.
