2GB of space! It looks like Yahoo is winning against Gmail's 1GB space...and no text ads, either. (And 100MB for free users).

So, for free mail, GMail is still better.

10 Mb is the limit

it's actually very annoying, my free yahoo is now 100Mb and the ones I get with my own paid-for website are still 25Mb each

God...I can't stand the layout. They think it's all "cool" to have a really weird layout with more options, but I want the old layout back! In my three years as Yahoo Mail member (1-month for Yahoo Plus), the layout has changed three times. The first was an awful frames version - the second much better, non-frames - and this new one is a really weird and blue layout!

Yea, and it dosn't have the site Map at the bottom as it did before. :(

Crap... now I can't get my Yahoo messages via POP3.

Edit: Scratch that... just had to work around that message via the web interface and restart YPOPs!. :wallbash:

I'm still going for G-mail. :D G mail is going to free. I can not pay for mail as my father holds his credit card hostage.

Still 100MB for free users, though.

Also, my family is loving it - my mom no longer has inbox filling worries, my dad's free Yahoo -box is bigger than his paying 10MB MSN box, and my older sister has it and was her box was also filling up too.

I rarely went close to the 4mb limit, except during football season and when my mom decided to email me picture stuff, which happens quite a bit now that I think about it...

In any event, 100mb is nice. I might pony up the $20 for the 2 gig account, or whatever it is.

Normal price is $30 a year, but they've dropped it to $20 for now.

Yeah but hotmail is such a cooler name :p

Knowing M$. Never. 3MB of space for free. Never gone beyind 25% ever. I got an email from hotmail staff talking about MSN dial up offers

that storgage limit increase really helps. before i was at around 74% of my maximum, which ment if anyone sent me a big e-mail that put me above 75% i got a big annoying thing at the top of the page. I cleaned it out and got it to 47%. now with the new storage limitm at 2%
