Animated gifs aren't animated

For some reason, animated gis won't show as animated in the forums, they show up as still images. I can open up a gif on my computer in IE and it's animated, but not if someone (or even me) has posted, say, an animated unit preview.

Maybe it's a setting in IE, if you have IE.

If you stop the webpage, it will stop all animated gifs.
