Animations for wonders and tech / civic quotes

When you finish a wonder in the same turn you finish researching a tech / civic there is something like this:
1. Quote for a tech / civic is played for like one second or something
2. Then it's interrupted by a wonder animation
3. Quote for a tech / civic is played again

It should be:
1. Wonder animation first
2. Quote for a tech / civic later

Also sometimes a quote for the same tech / civic is played twice (it happens when you get an inspiration boost for something and finish a tech / civic in the same turn).
