Another bug?

I was playing a game today on Monarch, The Americans and Mongols were on either side of me and the Scandanavians were beside the Mongols. The Mongols and the Scandanavians were at war and the Americans declared war on the Scandanavians. The Americans moved troops through my territory and promptly attacked the Mongols, not the Scandanavians???? To top it off, the foreign advisor never showed the Americans to be a war with anybody. Anybody had this happen before?

Do you have a save before it happened? Maybe they were already at war before you established an embassy.

I don't have a save, but they hadn't declared war previously.
