Any Mod for a background for objectives?

Hi,

I wonder if there is already a Mod that would allow to add a textured background to the objectives list that is on the left of the screen.
The more you advance into the game, the less black tiles remain and the more difficult it is to read what needs to be done to progress.

If I were capable to code it myself, I would use the texture that are used for the Firaxis, CIV7 intro. Wood, and leather, etc
