Any possibility of RTS styled replay watching?

I'm a big RTS fan (Company of Heroes, warcraft III, etc), and one of my absolute favorite past times is watching replays of the pros.

You just learn so much from them and being able to see exactly when, where, why, and how they do something.

Is there any resources on the internet where you can download perhaps FRAPSed videos of Civ veterans playing a game, so I can see what kinds of decisions they make? (where to plant initial cities, what research path to take, etc)

Or perhaps the ability to download a saved game and be an "observer"?

Is any of this possible or is it too good to be true?

as for now, it's too good to be true.

But you can follow ton's of high quality games here on these boards with loads of details, mainly in the strategy & tips forum and in the succession game forum.
