Any way to remove "unit needs orders" from preventing me to end turn?

If a unit has free movement points the game won't allow us to press end turn. Is there a way to remove this?

Go to the unit and press spacebar to cancel its turn.

well that becomes rather annoying once I have 10 units waiting every turn. I also want to mod the waiting when a city has empty production queue.
