[Vanilla] Any way to save this game? First immortal attempt, going for culture as Victoria, down bigly

Title has the high level, here's a little more context:

Its turn 220. Game includes both China and Kongo. TSL map, so I didn't start next to them. I even allied with Kongo, which in retrospect is looking like a big mistake.

My culture per turn is now the highest at just under 200 per turn, but they are still both ages in front of me in domestic tourists. China has 257, Konga, 368. I'm just shy of 100. In terms of tourism, they are both outproducing me and far ahead, Kongo in the lead at about 50 tourists.

More worryingly (maybe), is that China just completed the moon landing.

All that said, after a very slow start due to Victoria's bad location, I'm in the strongest map position now, with 7 strong cities and a number more on the way. It looks like I'll get both the Eiffel Tower and Christo Redentor, and I have space saved for 5 national parks and 15ish seaside resorts, which I can start placing soon (although the national parks will go slow - low faith output, and religious worries, see Scythia below). My economy is absolutely rocking with all my Royal Navy Dockyards and the 100% harbor adjacency bonus (plus 150 per turn gold despite a very sizable military).

So I think my real question is what do I do with that military to try and stop the others from winning long enough that I can catch up? I have six battle ships and about 10 redcoats, and I estimate another 30-60 turns before I get out-teched (I'm behind in science but beelined the bottom of the tree to get those battleships).

I have enough military force for two wars. Currently half of that is tied up fighting Scythia, who had 6/7 civs converted to their only religion about 50 turns ago. Since then I got the second religion founded (and for some reason no one else can start one now - maybe because some people are in the information era?) and should be able to hold off her religious units if I were to make peace. That said, I'd also love to capture a city and get the Coliseum from her, which I think would take 15ish more turns.

The other half of my military is right on China's border, ready to invade.

Should I attack China, or reposition to Kongo? In either case, is my goal to pillage everything to the ground, or to take the cities that are contributing the most to their respective victory conditions? Would really appreciate any advice, thanks y'all.

Sounds like I'm doomed...

Having thought on it for rather more of my work day than I'd like to admit, tonight I'm going to attack China immediately, keep the pressure up on Scythia militarily, and leave Kongo for now. Fingers crossed!

Provide screenshots. But yes. The solution to any problem in this game is more military.

Also, consider beelining nukes. Space victories require functioning non radioactive space ports.

I've never won a culture victory without going to war with China, and it sounds like Kongo is an even bigger problem in this game. If you want to win, get some spies sabotaging spaceports, and take out those two civs asap.

The solution to any problem in this game is more military.

Is that because of the crazy AI bonuses at the high difficulty levels, there's just no way to outproduce them? How the hell are people pulling off one city challenges? I'm at 15 cities and on the ropes, didn't think I was that bad...

Allowing the Moon Landing to happen was a huge problem because they get lots of culture from that. You had to hit sooner or sabotoge.

Though 220 seems fast? What speed?

It's impossible to really give advice without any more context; it may be better to start a game from scratch and move step by step from there.

In general, you want to start transitioning into faith by adding Holy Sites to get Rock Bands, and bump up culture to reach Social Media. You'll also want trade routes to as many civs as possible as that boosts your tourism towards that civ.
