anyone else have trouble with hotseat?

any body else not able to start a hotseat game? everytime i set location to local and host a game, it crashes. I was hoping with patch 1.21 it would work now but it still doesn't. any body had a similar problem and fixed it?

I do have the same problem and, sorry I have no answer... I suppose running CivIII under Win NT is not the best solution! Please let me know if there are any news on this topic.
