Anyone else have units Skip Turns without being ordered to?

It's not a new thing with the expansion. It just happens every so often, usually near the beginning of the game. I'll have 3 or 4 units out exploring the map, and suddenly I'll realize that one Warrior (or whatever) hasn't come up in the rotation for the last few turns, exactly as if I had been clicking Skip Turn with them every turn (ie not Fortified or Alert, just standing there).

Yup, can confirm I've had this a number of times as well.

I noticed the same thing. To fix it, I have to click on "fortify unit" then unfortify it. Otherwise the unit will simply skip turns without even regenerating health.

Yes, this happens sometimes. However, it has been happening to me for a really long time now, not just since R&F. Vanilla bug that was never fixed I think.
