Anyone else run into this?

I am playing my first game of gods and kings, I have 32 happiness when all of the sudden my adviser starts sending me messages saying my people are unhappy and my production will be down, anyone know if this is just a bug? I had 32 happiness. I did have 7 puppets but it still said I was in the positive by 32, man its much easier to get happiness in gods and kings.

a bug with the new local happiness thing I think. It doesn't do anything. Your happiness is green then you are good. I just turn the advisor off after reading the religion and spy info.

Thanks for the quick response, I think I will just turn them off as you suggest as long as im ok since im in the green.
