Anyone have any Civ 3 Dreams?

I don't remember any Civ dreams I've had offhand, however I probably have at one point or another.

I do know that if I've been playing a game (any game for any system) for a good while durring the day, or spread out over the day, that when I go to lie down to sleep, I sometimes will see myself "playing" the game again, though it usually doesn't ever go like it did when I was really playing.

No, never of civ3. But I did dream I was moderating someone here today....

May I ask who? :)

You may, but you won't get an answer. Either I never saw the name, or forgotten what it was.

@Wolfwood: Your wife plays Civ too, that's cool (well I guess) :goodjob: Lucky beast you are.

Yeah, well, I introduced her to it and she got hooked. Not as hooked as I am, but she plays occasionally.

In order to lure her into the game, I had to make it more interesting for her and thus I ended up removing the industrial and modern periods and dividing the medieval period into medieval and the Age of Sail (she's not interested in the modern era and thinks it dull). Also, I had to add in the Scots and give them a few of those "hunky" highlander units, as well as an attractive female leader to both the Celts and the Scots.

A bit of work there, but I rather have her playing the game than complaining about me playing it all the time... :)

The only annoyance is that I have to jump from my computer to hers every time she founds a new town and has to decide what to build first. I've been trying to teach her to calculate the worker/settler production times and comparing them to the city growth rate, but...
