Anyone misses the Civ III scenario editor?

God, it was the best modding tool I've ever seen, lol, such over-exaragation, but still, it was awesome,

I wish there was one like that in Civ 5, I mean, How on earth do I edit techs or add new units and such to my scenarios and stuff (don't answer that, do if you want)

I loved how easy it was to create mod-packs in Civ III, now it's just XMLs, Luas, half of the stuff I have no idea means xD.

Was that in Civ 3? I couldn't remember which one it was where you could create crazy over-powered units and buildings like that.

The easier the editor, the better.
