Anyone using Radeon Xpress 200M?

Hello all,

Civ 4 will be arriving tomorrow and I'm wondering if anyone here is using a
Radeon® Xpress 200M for AMD Processors graphics card on their laptop? My laptop is about 2 months old, and is using a AMD Semptron 3000 chip (runs at 1.8 ghz). The card uses directX 9.0c, but the 128mb it uses is taken from the 512 in total I have in the computer. I've read alot about the ram issues causing massive slowdown... Basically, I need to know if there is hope for me. I'm been looking through this forum for over a week and no one has mentioned this particular card. It's not even listed on the thread dealing with all the cards around and their expected results with Civ4. Any insight you guys have would be helpful...

Not a lot of laptop owners are happy with this game...it seems that people with intel chips are especially out of luck. Check this thread out,

But be aware that even if your card is listed, it may not perform well with Civ 4. I have a cheap FX5200 that's listed as "acceptable" but the game lags a bit.

Ya, the laptop past the srtest just fine - but that seems to mean nothing according to many here... I'll let the forum know how the ati card (which is a rather new one from what I understand) does with the game.
