I'm close to a conquest win -- only one enemy left. But he builds the AP in a religion I barely have (I only have it at all from conquering his cities) and votes himself the winner! This is stupid, when I'm much stronger.
Also, I notice the Civlopedia says AP only works with at least 3 civs, yet here it worked with just 2 left.
