Apostolic Palace Question

Okay, I get the concepts, but once I have it and win the election, how do I call my own elections? Which screen do I go to? I have looked at diplomacy and relegion and don't see anything. Am I missing something?

To call for a religious victory, all Civs on the map must have at least one city with the AP's religion in it. Then the option is toggled. To even put up a resolution, a dialog box with options will automatically come up every few turns. If no option exists, I think it says "None".
