Are there any mods out there that flesh out the tech and civic tree?

I know FXS would like to keep Sean Bean's throat from going sore, but I can't be the only one who feels the tech and civic trees are bit... well... sparse, can I? Are there any mods out there that slow down the pace of the game by adding new techs and civics? Is that even possible at this point?

There are plenty of new techs out there but to slow down the game I use these mods. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=871989946&searchtext=all+in+one I use 3 in one, it makes my initial tech 86 turns to research. It slows down everything years, civics, techs, on marathon I have yet to finish a game. There are 2x, 3x, 5, and even 10x longer. Visit steam and look through the popular mods. I run 8 pages of mods, here is my collection: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1658148583

Yeah, I'm not actually after a slow down mod. I have to reapeat myself, my problem, is that the tree is too sparse, not too quick. You mention there are mods that adds new techs, but I can't find them

I don't believe there are any for Civ6 yet. Adding a new tech is not a problem - the problem is filling it with content. Units, Buildings, Wonders, etc. This all requires huge amounts of work.
The closest you can get now are new units from Steal & Thunder, few new Wonders available on Steam, there is a mod that adds some religious buildings.

The only two mods I'm aware of that add to the trees in any significant way are Horem's Test of Time & TCS's Omnibus, but neither has been updated in a looong time. As Infixo said, the process is relatively easy, but it does require alot of work to implement. The easier method would be to just increase the costs of existing techs/civics to slow the pace down, of which there are several mods out there that do that.
