Should we gift nations technology so they are in the Industrial age?

This will be a multiple choice poll.

Here is a list of the nations that are stuck in the dark ages.
Aztecs. This will be only one tech.
Babylon. This will only come into affect if we decide not to trade it to them.
Iroquois.
Rome.

For multiple technology gifting. There will be only one gift per turn.

I voted for all and for Other. I think we should gift/sell to all nations so that they are only 1 tech behind us. This could accellerate the tech pace and allow us to get to the game finish quicker. It will also keep everyone happy with us.
