Arrrgh unhappiness

This is an interesting tidbit i found in the texts as to the reasons for citizens happiness/unhappiness

Does anyone know how this particular one is activated? It might be one of those things for a mod but it just seems so very undescriptive.....

Basically any text that appears ingame goes into the text infos xml(as long as you have it in several translations of other languages) otherwise it doesn't.

Yeah i know that (the translations are there as well i just left them out of my post) but i'm just wondering what kind of purpose the creators had for that text.

I'm thinking it might be the opposite of "Oh yeah!" which denotes happiness from future tech (so i would assume this one is unhappiness from technology)

This appears when you look in the city menu and you mouse over unhappy people, it will show you why they are unhappy,aaarrrrgghhh is one of the reasons. If that even constitutes as a reason. I've seen it plenty.
