Assets different from normal install

Hi,
First, this is the only way I found to contact HOF staff, so here is the error:

And for computer things:
OS: Vista SP2
RAM: 3 go

EDIT: I just found the e-mail, so I'll send that there hoping a faster answer

RE-EDIT: I have an answer, now all I need is the original CIV4CivilizationsInfos.xml file, that's the problem source

You should just re-install Civ, BtS, patch 3.19 and BUFFY (assuming you are running BtS). That will give you a clean install.

That would have been too long for a lazy guy like me, but it would be my last solution.
Anyway, they sent me the file and it works!
