Prepare to do battle with the greatest foe you have ever faced. It's more insidious than a secret agent, more cunning than a cyber-ninja and more devastating than a three headed dragon with a hangover! Beyond the Sword places you in the battle of your life as you match wits with a bumbling Caesar and his poorly planned plot lines. As you struggle to free yourself from the warped, twisted, and totally lame AI you have landed in you will meet many familiar figures. Thwart the tedious ramblings of Pacal of the Mayan. Berate the Closet Gamer as he is forced to make yet another excuse to his girlfriend. And find subtle cruel ways to torment the opponents in multiplayer as you force them to finally give up all hope and quit the game in frustration. Beyond the Sword can be played in about 30 minutes with absolutely no preparation time. You provide some form of human intelligence, place the snacks at the table and we will help you gleefully wile away the evening with your PC. Each game consists of 1 warrior or scout, more than 100 random effect cards, a bunch of spies plus… corporations! Still not convinced? Well then check out some of our testimonials (see below).
