Autosave files do not Load. A Bug?

This is my contribution to this Civ 4 Bugs Report.
I have experienced some of the problems that most of you were posting but since my game doesnt crash i have set it always at settler mode and enjoyed playing ussualy custom games. After some rounds of my latest play i missed a valuable gems resource and tried to load back a few rounds before using the Autosave feature via the appropriate folder at the Load option. The game ignores this command and continues to play. I went back to main menu and tried to Load an autosave file but the game does nothing and stays at the single game selections.
Has any other experienced the same problem? Any ideas on this?

My Pc conf is P4 3.02 512MB Ati 9250 80GB HDD Win Xp SP2.
ps. Many Wonder and all the era videos do not show also...

I havent seen a problem with autosaves. I dont use them very often because my system doesnt crash, but my wife messed up once in multiplayer so I reloaded from an autosave and it was fine.

I have tried many times to load from but nothing happens. Must be a bug since my game does not crash as other peoples machines do as they have mentioned. It is not annoying since i save often giving the files other description but since i MEET the min Reqs for playing the game and bought a legal copy not a pirate one thus supporting the producer i have a right to enjoy a good product not a defected one. Haven't check the multiplayer i m only playing single game.
