Avatar adjustment

Could someone make my avatar as big as is allowed? I tried to but it sucked.

Well not alot I could do with it but here's my try.

Kinda hard when I don't know what it is.

Maybe there's a bigger image that can be scaled down instead?

DO not think so as thats what I was given from someone. He told me where to find it so maybe.

It's the Marine symbol with the American flag in the background.

Refective tails maybe make it look larger?

Someone else would have to compress this one because my editor isn't up to it!
