Base yield of an obsolete Inn?

As an Inn gives both food and happiness, once it becomes obsolete which base yield does it retain or is it a combination of both?

Although I don't know for certain, it is highly likely that it's a combination of both. Obsolete diplomacy buildings give you influence and the other base yield so probably works the same for an inn.

All buildings with double yields receive base yields of both in the future ages which means they are more valuable to build and keep around.
