hello fellow CIV fanatics, would anyone pls give advice on my problem?
I am recieving this message "This application has failed to start because D3DX9_32.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I started getting this right after a patch and my "Add or remove programs" stopped working... I have searched high and low and cannot find a way to uninstall it, in fact it has even told me to go to my add or remove programs. Is there any other way?!?!?
It is running on Windows XP with no expansion packs.
Any help would be much appreciated.
