Best laptop for $600 or less

I'm in the market for a new laptop and I want one that can play Civ V decently. I don't want a desktop and Civ V is the only PC game that I play. I should also say I know next to nothing about computers so apologies in advance. I'd been playing Civ V on a 4-year-old Lenovo laptop that I bought solely for word processing so, needless to say, the experience was a bumpy one. I've read through some of the threads on here and I think I have an idea of what I should be looking for, but I thought I'd check here first before buying. I don't want to spend more than $600.

Intel Core i5-2450M 2.5GHz
4GB Memory 500GB HDD
NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M (2 GB video memory)

That computer is excellent
I would buy it right now, but I don't live in the US, I live in Colombia, where computers are a little bit more expensive due to the transportation, but that computer is excellent
Mine is a Lenovo with 4 RAM, 320 memory and a 1 GB Nvidia geforce cuda and it runs perfectly, so that computer I think is great..
