Best pike & shot Civ 2-5 scenario/mod?

Hi to all.

I'd want to ask an advice from all pike & shot era fans from around the world, what is the best option to play in this period of history? I look for a scenario/mod/conversion for Civ2 ToT, Civ3, Civ4 or Civ5 dedicated to this era only, with no evolution or scientific discoveries beyond it.

Something like Thirty Years War, Italian Wars and similar.
