Best Start?

I played a multiplayer LAN game of civ this weekend, 4 human, 4 AI demigod, and the best player there or probably equal to myself had an amazing start, maybe the best I've seen. I was totally shocked when we traded territory maps. Istanbul was stacked enough, but take note of the 7 cows, 4 iron, 4 gold, saltpeter, horses, lush rivers, grasslands, and plains:

I just hope the Koreans are one of the AI...

Hooo boy! That nearly matches my current game, where I have over 40 resources and luxuries(I took over 30% of the world. The really rich terrain part.)
