Better Screens

I just think that the screens from civ 3 are just getting old, ( only the victory and defeat screen(s) ) i was wondering if there were new screens to view other than, well, the old ones.

what do you mean by screens?

Do you want a new interface program?

I am just trying to get This set to work. It is just so beautiful.

... but then I have been using Steampunk's Victorian set lately and that is quite nice as well.

cool screens for the setup and civpedia, city zoom, etc. But my main search was for victory screens that were created, like, maybe a conquest victory showing an in-game photo, like a tank defeating a mechinized infantry, or maybe normal sets that you see on tv, or signs. Another example, a defeat screen showing those two masks that are happy, and sad, and a curtain behind it.
